Adam Haun Sets Record As Dukes Top Holy Cross 3-1
March 8, 2004 Bradenton, Fla. - Duquesne University's baseball team got back on the winning side of the scoreboard with a 3-1 victory over the College of Holy Cross (0-1-1) Tuesday at the IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida. Sophomore Adam Haun (Polk, PA / Franklin) pitched a four-hit complete game setting a new school record with 16 strike outs. The righthander is now 1-0. Junior Mike Grecco (Brockway, PA / Brockway) hit his first home run of the season. The catcher, who went 1-3 in the game, is now hitting .294. The Dukes (2-3) continue their eight-game spring training schedule on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. against IPFW (Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne). The Mastodons are 3-7 this season.
