Recap |  Box Score |  Notes

Duquesne head coach Danny Nee

"I didn't think anyone would score in the first five minutes of either half. McCloskey and Nelson pounded us on the boards. They controlled the game. I thought we were getting some good shots, but we've got to make some. We shot 22 percent in the first half, and that's not good, and we only got to the line twice in the half, and that's not good either.

"A couple of our guys are better players than they're showing right now."

Duquesne senior guard Bryant McAllister

"I thought our post guys got some good looks, they just didn't score. We were getting stops and playing hard defensively, we just couldn't convert on the offensive end. When you get stops, you have to score."
