Duquesne-West Virginia

Dec. 10, 2005

Recap |  Box Score |  Notes

Duquesne head coach Danny Nee

"They have a great ballclub. They are just so efficient on offense. They use the 3-pointer as a weapon as well as anyone in the country.

"Turnovers were the story for us. We had 19, 12 in the first half, and that's way too much. The game was decided in the first half on turnovers.

"This was a tough week for us. First we had a big game against Robert Morris, then Pitt and West Virginia back-to-back. We started Finals yesterday, and it really didn't give us the time we needed to prepare for a team like West Virginia. We're going to have to take a strong look at our starting lineup and make some adjustments when we get back to work next week."
