PITTSBURGH - The Atlantic 10 Conference, bolstered by the addition of Butler and VCU for the 2012-13 season, released home and away opponents for the league's 16 schools for both men's and women's basketball today.

The men's schedule consists of 16 games including eight home and eight away with each school facing one opponent in a home-and-home series.

Duquesne's home-and-home opponent for 2012-13 will be St. Bonaventure.

Additional home opponents include: Charlotte, George Washington, Rhode Island, Saint Joseph's Saint Louis, VCU and Xavier.

First-year coach Jim Ferry's Dukes will play at Butler, Dayton, Fordham, La Salle, Massachusetts, Richmond and Temple.

Each A-10 member men's institution will play all other members at least once. The conference's women's teams approved a 14-game conference schedule including seven home games and seven road games. Each institution will play all other A-10 institutions except one. Suzie McConnell-Serio's Dukes will not face Rhode Island in 2012-13.

The DU women will host Butler, Fordham, Richmond, St. Bonaventure, Saint Joseph's, Saint Louis and Temple. Duquesne will travel to Charlotte, Dayton, George Washington, La Salle, Massachusetts, VCU and Xavier.

Game dates for both the men and women will be released by the Atlantic 10 at a later date.
