One of the most versatile players on the 2008 roster enters his senior season having played in 30 consecutive games (every game in his DU career) with 28 starts ... his only two non-starts came during his freshman year when DU opened a pair of games in multiple-receiver sets ... has made the move back to linebacker where he was a first team All-MAAC pick in 2006 ... played fullback in 2005 and running back in 2007, earning second team All-MAAC in each of those seasons ... has scored by run, pass reception and interception return (a school record 98-yarder as a sophomore) during his career ... transferred to Duquesne after one season as a walk-on fullback/H-back at the University of Pittsburgh ... started at fullback for the Dukes as a freshman before making the move to outside linebacker in the spring prior to his sophomore season ... is following in the footsteps of former western Pennsylvania star high school running backs Trent Wissner (1999-02) and Javonn Bradley (2002-05) who made the successful move to starting linebacker at Duquesne.
as a junior (2007):
Started at running back in all 10 games ... was the Dukes' leading ground-gainer with 801 yards on 191 carries (4.2 ypc.) ... had a team-high five rushing touchdowns ... set then career highs for rushes (20) and yards (107) in the Sept. 22 win at Sacred Heart - scoring on runs of four and eight yards ... the eight-yard run, which came on Duquesne's first overtime possession, proved to be the game-winner as Hough carried four SHU players over the goal line ... followed that with 96 yards on 24 carries vs. Frostburg State ... topped the 100-yard mark a second time with 111 yards on 24 carries at Marist and once again eclipsed career highs for carries (30) and yards (126) in a workmanlike performance in DU's 17-14 win over Robert Morris ... had scoring runs of two and one yard against La Salle ... accounted for 72 percent of Duquesne's rushing yardage in 2007 ... finished the year ranked 57th nationally in rushing yards per game at 80.1.
as a sophomore (2006):
Started all 10 games at outside linebacker ... finished tied for second on the team with 53 total tackles, one behind leader Todd Mills ... set a new school record with a 98-yard interception return for a touchdown to give the Dukes a 28-0 second-quarter lead in a 38-0 win at La Salle ... put an end to a 10-play Fordham drive by stepping in front of a pass at the Duquesne 20 and returning it 20 yards to set up a 60-yard scoring drive that gave the Dukes a 20-10 lead with 3:09 remaining in a 20 -17 win over the Rams ... finished the year with six tackles for loss including 2.5 sacks ... had a season-high nine tackles and blocked a punt in the win at Saint Peter's.
as a freshman (2005):
Played in all 10 games as the starter at fullback ... his only two non-starts came when DU opened in three- and four-receiver sets ... carried 40 times for 164 yards and three scores ... had just five carries for eight yards in DU's first four games before finishing with a flurry ... all but eight of his yards rushing came in the last six games ... carried 10 times for 39 yards and caught a season-high four passes for eight yards in the rain at Georgetown ... ran for a season-high 44 yards, including a 13-yard fourth-quarter touchdown, on seven carries in the season finale at Saint Francis ... also had an 11-yard TD run versus Saint Peter's ... caught a 16-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter to give DU the lead for good (13-7) in what turned into a 22-14 win at Marist ... finished the year with nine catches for 43 yards.
