Team captain ... started all 11 games at outside linebacker ... led the NEC in sacks (11.5) and tackles for loss (24.0) in helping the Dukes to a share of the conference title ... ranked second nationally in both categories ... the 11.5 sacks were the third-most in school history ... also led the team with seven quarterback hurries ... was a two-time NEC Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 19 & Nov. 14) ... had a season-high nine tackles, including a career-best 6.0 tackles for loss (2.5 sacks) in a 34-20 win over Dayton ... forced fumbles against Dayton, Kennesaw State and Sacred Heart ... tied the NEC all-time sack mark with a strip sack of Sacred Heart's R.J. Noel that he covered in the end zone for a score that made it 31-10 with 11:06 left ... he became the NEC's all-time sack leader in the final game of the season at CCSU.

STATS FCS Defensive National Player of the Week on Nov. 23 ... two-time NEC Defensive Player of the Week (Nov. 9 & Nov. 23) ... led the FCS in total tackles for a loss with 26 for -114 yards ... 17 of his tackles for a loss came in the final six games of the season ... led the Dukes with four interceptions for 61 yards and two touchdowns, 11 sacks for a loss of 70 yards, six pass breakups and six quarterback hurries ... his 11 sacks were good for third best all-time in a season at DU ... finished the season third on the team with 72 total tackles (47 solo) ... started all 12 games at outside linebacker ... had a season-high 12 tackles (7 solo), including four for a loss of six yards at Bryant ... also added two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and an interception with a 42-yard return for a touchdown at Bryant ... had eight tackles (4 solo), a pass breakup and three sacks for a loss of 20 yards in a win at Robert Morris ... had nine tackles (5 solo), a sack for five yards, a pass breakup and an interception for a nine-yard touchdown in a win at Sacred Heart ... posted six tackles (5 solo) and two sacks for a loss of 13 yards in the NEC title clinching win over Saint Francis ... had seven tackles (5 solo), three tackles for a loss of 17 yards, a forced fumble and two sacks for a loss of 15 yards in the FCS Playoff game at William & Mary.

Suffered an off the field left knee injury in April that forced him to miss the season. Medical redshirt.

As a Sophomore (2013)
Started all 11 games at linebacker ... led the nation in tackles for loss per game (1.8/g.) in becoming just the fifth Duquesne player to be named All-American (Third Team) by The Sports Network ... was the first sophomore in school history to earn All-American honors from any affiliate ... was the only Duke named First Team All-NEC ... was a two-time NEC Defensive Player of the Week ... tied for the team lead with 74 tackles (32 solo) and led the Dukes in tackles for loss (19.5) and sacks (9.0) ... also tied for team-high with two fumbles forced ... had a season-high 11 tackles at Sacred Heart ... had 10 tackles including 4.5 tackles for loss (3.5 of which were sacks) in the season-ending win at Monmouth ... 3.0 of his 10 tackles at Dayton were for losses ... 4.0 of his eight tackles vs. West Liberty were for losses totaling 11 yards ... posted his second career interception in week nine at Sacred Heart.

As a Freshman (2012)
Played in all 11 games with a start in the opener at Old Dominion as a true freshman ... finished with 38 tackles (15 solo) and 2.0 tackles for loss ... had 12 stops (3 solo) and returned an interception 49 yards for a score against ODU ... the 49-yard score, which came with 38 seconds left in the second quarter, gave the Dukes a 20-10 halftime lead ... had four tackles each in four other games ... recovered fumbles against both Saint Francis and Albany.

Played football and basketball (with current Philadelphia 76ers guard T.J. McConnell) at Chartiers Valley ... suffered a ruptured spleen during an August practice as a returning captain prior to his senior football season ... the injury sidelined him for the year ... managed to return and be cleared to play two days before the first game of his senior basketball season ... major: supply chain management ... date of birth: 4/13/94.
