Jeremy McCullough who played running back for Duquesne from 2003-06 is in his third season as defensive backs coach.

Last year he worked closely with a unit that led the nation in pass defense (139.3 ypg.) and produced third team AP All-America safety Serge Kona.

The Bethlehem, Pa. native returned to his alma mater after coaching the secondary and outside linebackers at Moravian College in his hometown for two seasons.

In 2008, he was part of a staff that led the Greyhounds to an 8-3 overall record, a 6-2 Centennial Conference mark and an appearance in the ECAC Division III Southwest Bowl Championship game.

McCullough, who finished his career sixth on DU's career list with 545 carries, rushed for 2,085 yards and 13 touchdowns while playing for four MAAC championship teams. He was a freshman on DU's I-AA Mid-Major National Champion 2003 squad.

McCullough completed his degree in multi-media technology and communications in 2007.
