John Rosato is in his 23rd season as a member of the Duquesne staff, including the past 11 as director of football operations and recruiting coordinator. Rosato, who coached wide receivers, tight ends and running backs prior to assuming his current position, has been part of the DU program for over two decades.

A 1973 graduate of Duquesne, Rosato was involved with the football program as a student, working with the `73 club football national champions. Rosato, a Pittsburgh native, attended St. Mark's High School in Erie, Pa. before enrolling at Duquesne.

Rosato, who also served as a board member in the former Dukes Court Athletic Association, was honored for his commitment to the athletics program with his induction to the Duquesne Sports Hall of Fame in November 2007.

The 57-year-old Rosato resides in the Squirrel Hill section of Pittsburgh and has three children - Nikki, a Duquesne graduate, Danielle and John, who is also a DU grad.
