07/30/2012 Schmitt Adds Pair of Former Dukes to Coaching StaffNiel Loebig returns as passing game coordinator and receivers coach; Connor Dixon named tight ends coach 10/11/2011 NEC Preseason Favorite Central Connecticut State to Visit Rooney FieldBlue Devils and Dukes to kickoff at 12:10 pm on Saturday The Pittsburgh native, who was a first team All-NEC linebacker 2008, led the Dukes in tackles in each of his final three seasons in finishing with 369 stops (197 solo). The 2007 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Football League co-Rookie of the Year posted 19 double-digit tackle games, including a career-high 23 stops against Albany in 2008. The 23 tackles were the most by a Duquesne player since the school moved to the FCS level in 1993. Totino, who completed his undergraduate degree in accounting in December of 2010, is currently enrolled in DU's graduate school of sports leadership. Coach Totino may be reached at totinon@duq.edu. |
