Duquesne Head Coach Greg Gattuso:
"Last year we won the turnover battle 6-1, this year we lost it 4-0. I thought we played a good game, a gutsy game. We're very banged up. We played with a lot of heart. Any time you gain 400 yard versus a Patriot League team you should win. We turned the ball over in bad situations. The two turnovers in the second half were earth-shattering.
"We thought we could throw the ball. We were a little concerned about protection. We had three sophomores out there who acquitted themselves pretty well.
On Niel Loebig's fumble at the Bucknell eight-yard line with 52 seconds left:
"He had the first down when he got stripped. He's taking it very hard. Neil is a winner, and he'll win a lot more games for us."
