"[Penn's score] at the end of the half ... its tough for a team to psychologically come off that. Combine that with the first series of the second half when we threw that interception and it burst our bubble. Big plays are what you have to limit against a team like Penn. The kids played hard the whole game. We battled the whole way.
I though [quarterback] Scott [Knapp] did some very good things today. It was difficult for him with Bruce Hocker out. Dan Spriggs has also been banged up and didn't practice much this week. You could see it in our timing. They blitzed us a lot, and we couldn't take advantage of it."
