Duquesne Head Coach Jerry Schmitt
"This is the first game we've played in this type of weather. It is tough to open up your offense, because you are limited in some of the things you normally do. It is tough to throw downfield with a wet ball. You have to give credit to Georgetown's defense. They were very strong and pursued well to the football. We've faced three very good defenses in the last three games. We've had to battle for everything. We're going to regroup, take the positives from this game and get ready for the start of conference play next week."
Duquesne quarterback Scott Knapp
"Coming into the game, we had planned on taking more shots down the field, but the wet ball kind of limited us. We just couldn't come up with that big play to finish them off."
