Duquesne Head Coach Greg Gattuso:
"Every time they got close, we responded with a big play. I really proud with the way we responded. This was just another barn burner in the series. When we got the early lead (21-0) I know it wasn't going to last. They are too well coached and talented."
On RMU starting QB Rich Demaio:
"It was a complete surprise. The kid played an outstanding game. He made a lot of big throws."
On DUs 83-yard TD to go up 33-21 with 4:28 left:
"We play that way all the time. The deep ball is something we always use. That was the best ball Niel threw all day. He played a great football game."
Duquesne quarterback Niel Loebig:
"I had faith in our defense. They made some big red zone plays."
On breaking DU career records for passing yardage (7,598) and TD passes (75):
"I havent had a chance to think about records yet. Beating Robert Morris is definitely bigger right now."
