STATS FCS All-Americans

(STATS) - Ben Huss (Upper St. Clair, Pa./Upper St. Clair) collected yet another national accolade on Tuesday when the senior offensive lineman was named a STATS FCS All-American.

Huss repeats as a third team honoree, joining Christian Kuntz as the only two-time STATS FCS All-Americans in program history.

Huss was recently named an Associated Press Second Team All-American after earning All-NEC honors for the fourth straight season. He garnered first team all-league honors in each of the last three seasons.

Huss, a four-year starter for the Dukes, helped the Duquesne offense pace the NEC in rushing (198.5 ypg.) and scoring (32.2 ppg.).

In addition, Huss and the Dukes ranked ninth in the nation in tackles for loss allowed at the conclusion of the regular season, as opponents averaged just 4.36 tackles for loss per game.

Huss, Saint Francis defensive back Malik Duncan along with Bryant return specialist Jean Constant represented the NEC on the All-America teams.

The All-America teams featured players from 54 schools and all 13 conferences, including 18 players who were named offensive or defensive player of the year in their conference.
