2017 HERO Sports All-America Teams

PITTSBURGH - Senior offensive lineman Ben Huss (Upper St. Clair, Pa./Upper St. Clair) earned another national honor on Wednesday when he was named to the 2017 HERO Sports FCS All-America Third Team.

Huss continues to reel in the accolades, as he was also recently named an All-American by the Associated Press and by STATS FCS. In addition, he garnered First Team All-NEC honors for the third straight season and was named an all-conference pick for the fourth consecutive year.

This marks the third season in a row in which a Duquesne player was named to the HERO Sports All-America teams, as linebacker Christian Kuntz earned a first-team nod in each of the past two years.

Huss and St. Francis defensive back Malik Duncan were the lone representatives of the NEC on the All-America teams recognized by HERO Sports.
