Josh Faga, a former standout player at Marist who has also competed at the professional level, joined the men's soccer coaching staff in August of 2014.

At Duquesne, Faga is tasked with organizing the team periodization, opponent analysis, video analysis, tactical developments, and various roles in the execution of training. An All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference player as an undergrad, Faga signed his first professional contract with the Rochester Rhinos (USLPRO) in March of 2013 and played for the Rhinos prior to moving on to the Rochester Lancers of the MASL where he competed up until being hired by Duquesne.
Faga began his collegiate career at St. John's where he played in 19 games, with 11 starts, as a redshirt freshman for the Red Storm's 2009 Big East championship team and NCAA tournament qualifier. A Big East All-Academic honoree, he was a redshirt when SJU made its run to the 2008 College Cup semifinal.
Faga also earned all-academic honors while at Marist.
