Adam Clement headed in a goal in the 84th minute, but it wasn't enough as Duquesne's men's soccer team fell 2-1 to visiting Dayton Sunday afternoon.

The Flyers jumped out to a 2-0 lead with goals in the ninth and 39th minutes. That score remained until Clement's goal off a cross from Nathan McCann.

The Dukes outshot Dayton, 22-16 and had a 6-5 advantage in corner kicks. Sam Frymier made eight saves in goal, McCann and Joshua Patterson led the team with five shots each.

The Red and Blue return to action on Friday, Oct. 26 as they travel to Rhode Island for a 7:00 pm contest.
