Duquesne wrapped up the 2008 soccer season with a 1-0 loss at Richmond. Freshman goalkeeper Colin Thorp made five saves in his first collegiate action.
The Dukes outshout the host Spiders, 18-10 but couldn't beat the Richmond keeper who had seven saves. UR scored the winning goal in the 23rd minute.
