Duquesne University men's soccer players junior Travis MacKenzie (Pittsburgh, PA/Chartiers Valley) and senior Noah Salsi (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) have been named to 2006 Mid-Atlantic All-Region Teams as announced by the NSCAA/adidas All-America Committee. MacKenzie was a first team honoree while Salsi was a third team choice.

MacKenzie receives the first team honor after being named Second Team All-Region as a sophomore in 2005. A starter in all 20 matches, he led the Dukes in points (20), goals (6) and assists (8) and had two game-winning goals. He is also a two-time Atlantic 10 First team All-Conference honoree.

Salsi was named to the third team after being named Atlantic 10 Second Team All-Conference. He started all 20 matches for the Red and Blue and recorded six points from his defensive position on a game-winning goal and four assists.

The Dukes finished the season 11-7-2 and qualified for their fifth straight Atlantic 10 Championship.
