Joshua Patterson Named Atlantic 10 Pre-Season All-Conference

2010 Atlantic 10 Pre-Season All-Conference Teams Duquesne University sophomore Joshua Patterson (Bowie, Md./Bowie) has been named to the 2010 Atlantic 10 Men's Soccer Pre-Season All-Conference Team as announced today by the league office. He was one of just two sophomores on the 11-man team. Patterson led the Dukes in scoring in 2009 with 12 points on six goals. He scored a team-high four game-winning goals versus Niagara, Buffalo, Canisius and Temple while also scoring versus Michigan State and Saint Joseph's. He was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team and was honored as A-10 Rookie of the Week on Oct. 26. The Dukes open the 2010 season on Wednesday, Sept. 1 as they host St. Francis (Pa.) at 7:30 p.m. on Rooney Field.
