Colin Phillips and Peace Drevitch Earn Atlantic 10 Honors

NEWPORT NEWS, VA. – Duquesne graduate student forward Colin Phillips (Ottawa, Ontario), and freshman defender Peace Drevitch (King of Prussia, Pa.) earned conference honors as the Atlantic 10 released its postseason awards today.
Phillips, who leads the A-10 in goals (12) and points (29) and is tied for fourth in assists (5), was named First Team All-Conference, while Drevitch, who started all eight conference matches on the back line, earned a spot on the 11-man All-Rookie Team.
In addition, Phillips, who is working toward his doctor of physical therapy degree with a 3.92 GPA, and senior goalkeeper Sam Frymier, a finance major with a 3.69 GPA, were named to the 11-man All-Academic Team. It is the second-straight year that Phillips has been named to the All-Academic Team.
Phillips is the 15th Duquesne player to earn First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors (19 total times) and first to earn the award under third-year head coach Chase Brooks. Drevitch is the 16th Duke to be named to the All-Rookie Team.
