The Duquesne University men's soccer team was honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with the NSCAA Team Academic Award. The Dukes were selected for the 11th time in the 15-year history of the award.

The award is given by the NSCAA to any college that posted a 3.00 cumulative grade point average or higher during the previous academic year. Duquesne was one of just 194 men's programs, at all levels, to receive the distinction and was among a select few Division I programs honored.

Ben Horner, Stefan Lundberg and Joshua Patterson were all named to the ESPN Academic All-District II Second Team this season and were also all named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team.
