Youngstown State / St. Francis

Duquesne's men's tennis team extended its winning streak to six matches with wins over Youngstown State and St. Francis (PA) Wednesday at The Club Sport and Health. The Dukes defeated YSU, 5-2 in the morning and blanked SFU, 7-0 in the afternoon.

Alex Aleman, Rich Robbie and Max Rubin each went 4-0 on the day winning both of their singles and doubles matches.

"I'm happy to come away with two wins today," said head coach Rob Castille. "Youngstown State is a much improved team and we had to play well to beat them. We usually don't play double-headers so I was pleased to see the team come out againt St. Francis(PA) with good energy and focus. With mid-terms going on right now, the guys have a lot on their plates but they rose up to the challenge and took care of business today."

"We play a very good Binghamton team on Friday so we will have to be on top of our games from the very first point. I'm confident the guys will be up for the task."

The Binghamton match is slated for 12:30 pm at The Club Sport and Health in Monroeville.
