Dukes Shut Out By Dayton, 4-0

Monroeville, Penna. - Duquesne's men's tennis team was dispatched by the number 2 seed, Dayton, 4-0, Friday afternoon in the second round of the Atlantic 10 Championships at Oxford Athletic Club.
Dayton took the first four matches to seal the victory; the Flyers were leading in the remaining matches. UD moves to the championship semifinals against #3 Xavier which topped No. 6 George Washington, 4-3.
Host Duquesne, the number 7 seed, moves to the consolation bracket and will face #5 Saint Joseph's at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 9, 2005. The Hawks lost to #4 St. Bonaventure, 4-1.
