Seventh-seeded Duquesne defeated 10th-seeded Richmond, 4-1 in the opening round of the Atlantic 10 Men's Tennis Championship Friday at Club 4 Life in Monroeville. Zach Skorupka, Jeremy McClelland and Gustavo Villares each won their singles matches while the Dukes also captured the doubles point.

In the quarterfinal round, the Red and Blue were paired up with #2 seed Xavier and lost to the Musketeers, 4-0. Now the Dukes will face sixth-seeded Temple, Saturday at 2:00 pm. The Owls defeated #11 La Salle before falling to third-seeded Saint Louis.
