Steeplechase Results

Durham, N.C. - Junior Tom Slosky (Brackenridge, PA / Highlands) set a Duquesne record and qualified for the NCAA regionals while winning the 3,000 meter steeplechase on Saturday at the Duke Track and Field Invitational at the Blue Devils' Wallace Wade Stadium.

Slosky's time of 8:52.61 was almost four full minutes ahead of Virginia's Jan Foerster who finished second in the 41-runner race.
