Two Dukes Claim Medals at Atlantic 10 Men's Track Championship

Kyle Trinch and Matt Dombrowski earned bronze medals as the Duquesne men's track and field team placed 10th at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championship at George Mason.

Trinch finished third in the 400 meter hurdles with a school record time of 52.10 while Dombrowski captured third in the shot put with a toss of 48-06.00. The Dukes scored 32 team points as Trinch also set a school record with a sixth place finish in the 110 meter hurdles in 14.99.

Other individuals scoring team points Sunday were Frank Dallago who finished eighth in the 400 meter hurdles in 55.61, Joe Borsuk who placed seventh in the 200 meter dash in 21.94 and Mohamed Cisse who was seventh in the 400 meter dash in 48.15. In addition, the 4x400 meter relay took fifth in 3:15.30 and the 4x800 meter relay finished sixth in 7:41.95.
