Raleigh, N.C. - Duquesne's track and field squads opened the outdoor season at the 2002 Adidas Raleigh Relays this weekend, Friday and Saturday, March 29-30, at NC State's Paul H. Derr Track. More than 3,000 athletes representing approximately 110 teams competed in this event, one of the premiere outdoor track meets of the season.

Dave Eldridge [Black Lick, PA/Blairsville] paced DU with a 22nd place finish and a time of 9:35.21.

Both squads will host the Duquesne Invitational this Saturday, April 6th at Carnegie Mellon University.
