Duquesne University senior thrower Chuck Mohan (Monroeville, PA/Gateway) has been named the Atlantic 10 Men's Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Week as announced by the league office. Mohan registered an NCAA Regional qualifying mark of 167-10 in the discus on April 29th at the 111th Penn Relays Carnival. He finished seventh in the field of 30 competitors and broke his own school record by more than three feet. It is his second A-10 Performer of the Week award this season and he is the first Duquesne men's track and field athlete ever to qualify for the NCAA regional.

Duquesne returns to action on Saturday, May 7 as the Dukes travel to Richmond for the Atlantic 10 Championship.
