The Duquesne University wrestling team improved its record to 3-1 by defeating two of three opponents on Friday afternoon in the Palumbo Center. The Dukes defeated Wagner, 42-9, Slippery Rock, 20-19 and bowed to Davidson, 29-22. Senior Marc Allemang pinned all three of his opponents while junior Mark Himes grabbed three wins as well. The Dukes return to the mat on Friday, Jan. 14 as they compete in the two-day Virginia Duals.
