The wrestling team placed second of four teams at the East Regional Duals at Delaware State. The Dukes defeated Millersville, 25-18 at Delaware State, 33-15 and lost to Slippery Rock, 31-6.

Senior Bill Boeh (165 pounds) and junior Mike Frank (174) went 2-0 on the day for Duquesne. Boeh won his match versus Millersville, 12-4 and defeated his Slippery Rck opponent, 7-4. Frank won 7-4 over a competitor from Slippery Rock and won his Delaware State match by forfeit.

The Dukes return to action on Sunday, Jan. 19 as they host Gardner Webb, Thiel and Millersville at Fox Chapel High School beginning at 10:00 am.
