The fifth-seeded Duquesne University wrestling team won its opening match of the Virginia Duals, defeating fourth-seeded Franklin & Marshall Friday morning, 26-12.

Sophomore Jonathan Bittinger improved to 2-0 on the season with an 8-2 victory at 125 pounds. Other winners listed below.
