Dukes Fall to Gannon, 32-12

Duquesne's wrestling team suffered a 32-12 loss to Gannon Friday evening at the Palumbo Center.
The Dukes won two of the first three bouts as Nathan Reinhart captured a 6-2 decision at 165 pounds and Ryan Sula won by fall in 2:11 at 184 pounds to give the Red and Blue a 9-5 lead.
The Golden Knights however rattled off five straight wins to take a commanding 26-9 lead before Joshua Pascazi won by a 5-2 score at 149 pounds. The fifth-ranked (Division II) Knights won the final bout of the evening for the final score.
The Dukes return to action on Friday, Jan. 29 as they travel to Princeton for a 7:00 pm match.
