Duquesne wrestling coach John Hartupee captured his 100th career victory as the Dukes went 2-1-1 at the East Regional Duals at Millersville on Sunday.

The Dukes dropped their first bout to Liberty, 38-3, but bounced back with a 27-15 triumph over Gardner-Webb, before an 18-18 tie with the host Mauraders and a 31-16 win over Delaware State.

Senior heavyweight Joe D'Orsie went 3-0 on the day, including wins by scores of 7-0 and 7-1.

Senior Jonathan Bittinger rattled off three straight wins at 125 pounds, including a major decision and a win by fall.

The Dukes return to action on Thursday, Feb. 7 as they face Seton Hill at 7:00 pm in the Palumbo Center.
