Dukes Go 2-2 at East Region Duals

Duquesne's wrestling team split four matches at the 2006 East Region Duals, defeating Delaware State, 37-12 and Millersville, 31-6 while bowing to Gardner-Webb, 19-17 and champion Slippery Rock, 21-10.
Junior Jared Ricotta posted a perfect 4-0 record at 174 pounds, junior Rob Dempsey went 3-1 at 157 pounds as did sophomores Jonathan Bittinger at 125 pounds and 165-pound Cody Midlam.
The Red and Blue return to the mat on Friday as they travel to Wagner for a 7:00 pm match.
