Dukes Finish 7th of 41 at Paul Short Invite

Duquesne's men's cross country team turned in an impressive 7th place finish of 41 teams at Friday's prestigious 2007 Paul Short Invitional, hosted by Lehigh University.
Senior Tom Slosky paced the Dukes and finished 12th overall of 270 runners with a time of 24:33. Junior Derek Dutille followed in 34th place in 24:53 while junior Josh Eddy was 55th in 25:23. Freshman Scott VanKooten and junior Shane Sarver also contributed to Duquesne's finish.
The Red and Blue return to action on Saturday, Oct. 13 as the compete in the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind.
