Shane Sarver Paces DU Frosh Trio At CMU Invite

Pittsburgh, Pa. - Shane Sarver (Freeport, PA / Freeport) paced a trio of Duquesne freshmen runners at the Carnegie Mellon University Cross Country Invitational Saturday. His time of 27:17.20 was good for 19th place in the 145-runner race.
Tim Majewski's (Erie, PA / Mercyhurst Prep) 27:58.47 took 37th while Zack Lethbridge (Atlanta, GA / Our Lady of Mercy) crossed the line 80th with a mark of 29:45.79.
The Dukes were not team-scored since less than five athletes competed at this event.
Duquesne next heads to University Park, Pa. for the Penn State National Open next Saturday, October 15, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.
