Men's Cross Country/Track & Field Adds Two to 2014-15 Rosters

Duquesne University head cross country/track and field coach Caitlin Cotter has announced that two new runners will join the 2014-15 men's programs. New to the Dukes are sophomore transfer Eugene Baritot (East Aurora, N.Y./East Aurora/Edinboro) and freshman Christian Kazanjian (Media, Pa./Penncrest).
Baritot comes to Duquesne as two-time state qualifier and school record holder in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. The recipient of the 3-13 New York State Section 6 Sportsmanship Award for track, his cross country teams were New York Class B champions in 2010 and 2011.
Kazanjian joins the Dukes as a two-time state medalist for cross country. The school record holder in the 5K, he was a First Team All-State choice in cross country and his school's top finisher all-time at the state meet. He was also a two-time First Team All-Delco and All Central League honoree. His cross country team went 11-0 in 2012 and was Central League champions while his 2013 track team went 11-0 and was Central league champions as well.
