Orsi Szecsi completed her third season with Aluinvent DVTK Miskolc

Former Duquesne wing Orsi Szecsi recently completed her third season overseas with Aluinvent DVTK Miskolc.

Szecsi averaged 8.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game while leading Miskolc to a 13-7 regular season record.

In 2016, Szecsi led Miskolc to the prestigious Hungarian Cup championship.

Szecsi became the first player to record a triple double in almost 19 years when she had 16 points, 12 rebounds and a career-high 10 assists at Morehead State on Nov. 2, 2013. The last Dukes player to record a triple-double was Korie Hlede on Dec. 8, 1994 (29 points/11 rebounds/11 assists).

She scored her 1,000th career point against VCU on Jan. 4, 2014 and was part of the senior class with Wumi Agunbiade, Raegan Moore and Oditte Odisho that finished their careers with 88 victories.

For her career, Szecsi started 85 of her 125 career games and finished 18th all-time in program history with 1,148 points. A member of the 2011 Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team, Szecsi was named A-10 Rookie of the Week twice and A-10 Player of the Week once.
