BUDAPEST/SZEKESFEHERVAR - The Duquesne women's basketball team began the third day of their Foreign Tour with a trip to the Terror Háza Múzeum. The museum serves as memorial to victims of 20th century fascist and communist regimes

The Dukes traveled 35 miles southwest to Székesfehérvár to play their first game of their Foreign Tour. Duquesne cruised to a 96-57 victory over Bajai Női Kosárlabda Klub. The game was played at Vodafone Sports Center, which is five miles away from the house of sophomore forward Eniko Kuttor.

Amadea Szamosi (Hungary) led all Duquesne scorers with 16 points. Kuttor added 13 and Chassidy Omogrosso (USA), Erin Waskowiak (USA) and Conor Richardson (USA) all recorded double-figure scoring with 11, 10 and 10 respectively.

Andrea Ferencz scored 16 for Bajai NKK.

After the game, the team ate their postgame meal at Kuttor's house before making their 110 mile trip to Pecs, where they will play Team Pecs at 6:00 pm local time, noon Pittsburgh time.


  • The starters were Nina Aho (Hungary), Brianna Thomas (Canada), Anie-Pier Samson (Canada), Judith Sole (Spain) and Kuttor

  • Bajai NKK is a team that plays in Hungary B-Division made up players with an age range from 16 to 32


  • All 15 players on Duquesne's roster saw action

  • Former Duquesne point guard Kristi Little played on season with Bajai NKK in 2009
