Jenna Bishop Selected to Play in North-South Senior All-Star Game

Just the fifth Duke all-time to be invited to this event

Courtney Tamasitis, one of the most talented players in Duquesne's lacrosse history, is in her first year as an assistant coach.

One of the most decorated student-athletes in Duquesne lacrosse history, she as been on the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference and Atlantic 10 Honorable Mention teams as well as the Verizon All -District 2 team. She has been named Atlantic 10 Player of the Week and has been a member of the Director of Athletics and Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Rolls. She also was selected to participate in the 2007 North-South Senior All-Star game which showcases the nation's top seniors.

Her 93 career-goals currently rank her ninth all time in Dukes history and 25 assists are 10th best. She recorded career-points which ranks 10th all-time. Tamasitis is also tied for second in Dukes history with 68 games played and her 66 career starts are fifth most all-time.

Tamasitis completed her degree in elementary education in December 2007.
