Lacrosse Improves to 3-1 with 19-6 Win at Niagara

Duquesne's lacrosse team improved its record to 3-1 with a 19-6 victory at Niagara Sunday evening in Buffalo.

Amanda Kidder led the Dukes with five goals, two assists, three draw controls and two caused turnovers.

Clare Hurley added three goals while Casey Briglia, Sarah Claben, Tress Drotar and Kristen Gregory each contributed a team-high four ground balls. Alexa Mandak also added two goals and three draw controls while Meredith Micho had three draws.

The Dukes return to action on Friday, March 14 as they travel to St. Francis (Pa.) for a 7:00 pm contest.
