Duquesne's lacrosse team won its third striaght game and its second by a double-digit margin with an 18-5 victory at St. Francis Tuesday evening.

Haley Marafioti led the Dukes in scoring with four goals, followed by Caitlin Prince and Meredith Dunn who each had a hat trick.

The Red and Blue jumped out to leads of 2-0 and 9-1 in cruising to victory.

Also scoring multiple goals were Clare Hurley and Laura Aeschbacher with two each. Morgan Matz added two assists.

Defensiviely, Casey Briglia led with three caused turnovers while Dunn led with five ground balls and three draw controls. Liz Walker made six saves in goal, collecting the win and Kristen Gregory added three saves in 14 minutes of work.

The Dukes return to action on Sunday, March 25 as they host Detroit at 1:00 pm on Rooney Field.
