The teams each scored one more time in the half for a 14-4 Duquesne halftime lead. The Dukes outshot NU, 28-7 in the half.
Duquesne was even more efficient in the second half, scoring eight goals on 11 shots and holding Niagara without a goal.
Lib Lowry contributed a career-best five assists while Matz added three and Kidder and Marafioti chipped in two each.
Kristen Gregory made four saves in goal to capture her third win.
