Dukes Win 10th Straight with 21-13 Victory at George Mason

Duquesne's lacrosse team scored three goals in the first two minutes of the game and cruised to a 21-13 triumph at George Mason Sunday afternoon in Virginia.

Amanda Kidder led the Dukes for the second straight game, scoring six goals while adding two assists, five draw controls, three ground balls and three caused turnovers.

Caitlin Prince had five goals, an assist and two ground balls. Haley Marafioti chipped in four goals and Clare Hurley and Kaelin Shaw each scored twice. Meredith Micho had a team high six draw controls.

Kristen Gregory made two saves in 21 minutes to pick up the win while Jenna Bishop made two saves in the final 39 minutes.

The Dukes return to action on Friday, April 11 as they travel to La Salle for a 7:00 pm contest.
