Amanda Kidder Named Atlantic 10 Lacrosse Player of the Week

Duquesne University sophomore lacrosse player Amanda Kidder (Fairport, N.Y./Victor) has been named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week for the week ending March 24.
Kidder had a complete game, scoring a career-high eight goals (including the game-winner) and adding two assists in a 22-4 decision over visiting Niagara on Friday, March 22. She was one goal shy of the school record of nine goals in a contest, while adding team highs of three ground balls and four caused turnovers.
Kidder leads the Dukes with 21 goals, 28 points, 18 ground balls, 21 draw controls and 18 caused turnovers.
The Red and Blue return to action this afternoon as they travel to Bucknell for their non-conference finale at 4:00 pm.
