Athens, Ohio - Duquesne University's women's rowing crew won two races Saturday at the 10th Annual Marietta Invitational Regatta at Dow Lake in Strouds Run State Park. The women's varsity 4 finished the course in 9:12.06 for the gold medal and DU's "A" boat won the women's novice 8 with a time of 8:14.80.

Dukes in the Millenium boat winning the varsity 4 were Jessica Lisjak (cox), Kate Talarczyk, Megan Canny, Jennifer Peterman and Irene Monteverde.

Led by Elizabeth Schwert at the cox, Caitlin Mahar, Christa Laquinta, Jennifer Songin, Elizabeth McKenna, Leanne Schaefer, Kristine Bruenig, Simona Trevisan and Becky Lingerfelt rowed the Brian Colleary to the novice win.
