@DuqWRow Concludes Season at Dad Vail Regatta

PHILADELPHIA - The Duquesne rowing team concluded the 2016-17 season at the Dad Vail Regatta held over the weekend on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.  

The Dad Vail, which included over 400 entries and 98 other teams is one of the largest collegiate regattas on the East Coast. Duquesne entered five boats (V8, JV8, Frosh/Novice 8, V4, JV4) in the two-day event held on Friday and Saturday.

The weekend was highlighted by the Dukes JV8 entry finishing in sixth with a time of 7:10.22 and the JV4 taking first place, crossing the line in 8:08.51. Additionally, Duquesne's Novice 8 entry had a fourth-place finish with a time of 7:16.36.
