Inclement weather calls off event for second year in a row

Philadelphia - The Head of the Schuylkill Regatta slated for Saturday, Oct. 27 was cancelled due to inclement weather. The men's and women's rowing team will return to action on Nov. 4 at the Head of the Occoquan in Fairfax, Va.
