Ashley Szalwinski Named to Atlantic 10 Pre-Season All-Rookie Team

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference announced that incoming freshman Ashley Szalwinski (Noblesville, Ind./ Noblesville/ Dynamo 92) has been named to the 2010 A-10 preseason women's soccer All-Conference team, as selected by the league's head coaches. The 5-9 keeper was a 2009 ESPN First-Team All-American selection and finished her career with 56 shutouts. She set an Indiana state record with 22 consecutive shutouts and was a three-time First-Team All-District and two-time First-Team All-State selection.
The Dukes begin the 2010 season August 20 at Saint Francis, Pa.
